I simply always deserve treats. Exercise gives you energy, but you need energy to exercise. Sounds like a pyramid scheme to me. Being an adult feels like, “If I can just get through this week, I’ll be okay,” but it’s every damn week. If anyone wants a more cost effective energy provider, I can supply endless energy on tap from my absolutely not tired child at bedtime. A piece of chocolate contains just enough energy to take another one.
