The number of times I stand in a room, staring because I forgot why I walked in there, is embarrassingly high. I don’t need to learn something new, I need to remember something old, like why did I come into this room? Young people are too young nowadays. Back in the good old days, young people were my age. My ability to remember song lyrics from the ’90s far exceeds my ability to remember why I walked into the garage.
