About four minutes into my run, I’ve decided I want to work on my personality instead. The fact that I procrastinate and still get the job done is the reason I still procrastinate. Exercise gives you energy, but you need energy to exercise. Sounds like a pyramid scheme to me. I made a resolution to eat better and exercise in the new year but didn’t specify which year I was referring to.
